To close an outstanding 2023 and start the new year strong, Turiim has been awarded Emaar's spectacular and much anticipated, St Regis Hotel in downtown Dubai.
Working again with Innovo Build UAE, the St Regis project will utilise two of Turiim's globally acclaimed systems to construct the massive 75 and 50-floor high-rise towers.
Both Turiim's JumpForms will be equivalent in size to Olympic swimming pools, creating an awe-inspiring statement on the Dubai skyline.

CHIC TOWER, DUBAI, UAE
Following the outstanding progress on Danube's Skyz Tower with Naresco Contracting LLC, Turiim have successfully negotiated Damac's Chic Tower in Dubai's Business Bay.
The beautiful Chic Tower will have 1 basement, 5 podiums and 36 floors, standing tall at 166m.
Understanding the benefits of the Turiim system, Naresco have requested a single system that includes 7 lift shafts, 2 fire stairs, 10 shear walls, temporary access stairs and a 32m concrete placing boom. The system will be installed in the basement and undergo a major modification after the transfer slab is cast above the podium.

Turiim has been awarded the contract for the impressive Society House, Downtown Dubai, in partnership with TAK Constructions LLC.
Located in Emaar’s Downtown precinct, the 196m tower for Investment Group Overseas will use Turiim’s world-leading system to construct the 53-floor structure.
Turiim's robust design will allow for 50T of reinforcement to be placed on the top deck, a large concrete placing boom to be installed on the rig, and the easy installation of embedded steel items throughout the structure.

THE PALACE RESIDENCES NORTH, DUBAI
Turiim has recently been awarded the contract for The Palace Residences North Tower in Dubai, in partnership with Al Sahel Contracting LLC.
This marks the second project undertaken by Turiim and Al Sahel in the last 12 months.
Located in the Dubai Harbour precinct and developed by Emaar, the impressive 127m tower will be constructed using two of Turiim's world-leading systems that will construct the cores and several columns from basement 3 to level 35.

AVA TOWER, DUBAI
Turiim wins the Ava Tower on Dubai's Palm Jumeriah with Innovo and Omniyat.
The ultra-luxurious Ava Tower has only 17 apartments over 24 floors.
Turiim's ability to solve the complex core comprising tiny service risers and a shear wall that changes every floor from top to bottom will allow the structure to be built with added surety.
Congratulations to the Dubai team.

105 VICTORIA STREET, LONDON
Following the successful completion of the One Leadenhall project with Careys and Finana Formwork, Turiim has been awarded the design contract for the 105 Victoria Street project in London.
The project consists of two large cores starting from basement 2 and climbing to level 15.
Turiim's contract requires designing rigs utilising as many of Carey's existing components as possible and reconfiguring them to the new core profiles.
Whilst only short, the simplicity and versatility of the Turiim solution mean the system is suitable for any size core on any size project.
